Veg Supreme Pan Pizza
Active time: 20 Min.
Total time: 50 Min.
Servings: 15 pieces

Ingredients:
Olive oil
1 pound pizza dough, at room temperature
½ cup pizza sauce (or more if you prefer it saucier)
8 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese, grated
Assorted sliced and chopped Perfectly Imperfect vegetables, like onion, bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli, tomato, and/or mushrooms
¼ cup sliced black olives, optional
8 ounces fresh whole milk mozzarella, sliced

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Liberally oil a metal 13x9 inch pan. Stretch pizza dough to fit the bottom of the pan. Top with pizza sauce and grated mozzarella, followed by sliced and chopped vegetables, black olives, and fresh mozzarella.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and crispy. Run a sharp knife around the edges and let pizza stand for 5 minutes.
Using two large spatulas, lift pizza out of pan and transfer to a cutting board. Cut into 15 squares.
