White Peach Sorbet

White Peach Sorbet

When we think of summer we can’t help but think of peaches and all the delicious things we could make with them. Sure, a ripe peach is pretty darn yummy all by itself, but it might be even yummier when frozen. This simple homemade treat is a refreshing and guilt-free way to satisfy your sweet tooth this summer.

4 white peaches

1/4 cup sugar or 2 Tbsp. honey

1 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice

a pinch of salt

Wash the peaches and slice them. Leave the skins on for added color

and flavor. Place them in a food processor or a blender. Add sugar or

honey, lemon juice and salt. Process until smooth.

Spoon puree into a loaf pan or freezer safe container. Place in the freezer

for at least two hours. Scoop into a bowl. Add peach chunks to the top.

Celebrate!
